Small- and mid-cap tech stocks good growth in a less-crowded space

Charlotte Daughtrey of Federated Hermes is positive on the SMID space as they are trading at a discount and should benefit from the Fed rate cut cycle. She says both US presidential candidates are pro-growth, which will benefit these companies.
