Soft landing of U.S. economy, Fed will under-deliver on rate cut

Vishal Khanduja of Morgan Stanley Investment Management says market volatility is ‘suppressed’, and while he views the U.S is on track for a soft-landing, he is ‘slightly conservative’ in their overweight on risk in their fixed-income strategy.
