US authorities are in search of a small airplane carrying 10 those that has been reported lacking within the state of Alaska.
The US Coast Guard for the Alaska area stated a Cessna Caravan craft was 12 miles (19km) offshore on a flight from Unalakleet to Nome when “its place was misplaced”.
The 2 cities are some 146 miles from one another throughout the Norton Sound, an inlet of the Bering Sea on Alaska’s western coast.
