Biden admin airline charge disclosure guidelines blocked by appeals court docket

A US appeals court docket on Tuesday blocked the Biden administration’s 2024 rule on upfront disclosure of airline charges, saying the Transportation Division had not complied with procedural guidelines.

Tuesday’s ruling despatched the rule again to the Transportation Division to provide it an opportunity to deal with the procedural errors.
