Mike Bloomberg is outspending his rivals in the race to become the 2020 Democratic Presidential Nominee. His campaign spent $188 million during the fourth quarter of 2019. That’s more money than any of his democratic competitors have raised over the entirety of this election cycle. But there’s another big difference between those candidates and Bloomberg.
