Jaguars lead Titans on rainy day at EverBank Stadium

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jaguars are in front of the Titans on a nasty afternoon at EverBank Stadium.

Mac Jones tossed a 2-yard touchdown pass to Parker Washington and Jacksonville leads Tennessee 13-3 at halftime on a rainy day in town. The teams are both 3-12 and jockeying for draft position more than anything. The Jaguars currently have the No. 3 pick and the Titans hold No. 4.

Devin Lloyd picked off a deflected pass, the first takeaway by Jacksonville since a Week 10 loss to Minnesota. That led to Jones hitting a leaping Washington on the back line of the end zone for a 10-0 lead. Rookie Cam Little hit a 48-yard field goal on Jacksonville’s opening drive and added a 44-yarder with 2 minutes and 2 seconds to play in the half. Jones is 10 of 15 passing for 117 yards.

Tennessee quarterback Mason Rudolph started his second game in place of struggling second-year player Will Levis and has done nothing through the air against one of the league’s worst defenses. Rudolph is 6 of 11 for 42 yards.
