LONDON – Prime-ranked tennis participant Jannik Sinner has accepted a three-month ban in a settlement with the World Anti-Doping Company, the group stated Saturday.
WADA had challenged a call final 12 months by the Worldwide Tennis Integrity Company to not droop Sinner for what it judged was unintentional contamination by a banned anabolic steroid final March.
Sinner’s clarification — that hint quantities of Clostebol in his doping pattern was attributable to a therapeutic massage from a coach who used the substance after chopping his personal finger — was accepted.
