Trump and Japanese prime minister maintain press convention

U.S. President Donald Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba are set to carry a joint press convention on the White Home on Friday.

The presser within the East Room follows a bilateral assembly and lunch between the U.S. and Japanese chief.

The assembly comes as U.S. Metal pushes Trump to reverse former President Joe Biden‘s determination to dam a takeover of the American firm by Japan’s Nippon Metal.

CBS Information reported earlier Friday that Trump, who as soon as opposed the merger, is contemplating permitting the $14 billion acquisition to undergo.
